My goal is to always teach my clients how to be able to eventually do this on their own in an intuitive setting, for SUSTAINABLE long term results, because tracking your food should NOT be your forever!

The beauty of macro tracking is that there are macros in everything. From a bagel with cream cheese to an eggwhite veggie omelette … EVERYTHING consists of macronutrients! Which is why this isn’t just some new fad diet we’re hopping on: we will NOT be restricting any food groups with this program (I mean… unless you’re allergic).
